Vacation-Loot!

Hello Darlings!
How’ve you been?
I’m finally home from vacation, and back on track with some K-beauty goodies!
So, we basically went on a Scandinavia tour, via car, so imagine my skin condition after long drives with the aircondition maxed, lordy, dryer than a dessert!
So I’ve been using a lot of sheet masks, and we’re back to basics!

Anyway!
While walking the streets of Copenhagen I stumbled upon a local Sephora, which we don’t have in Norway, and I know for a fact that they have an overpriced section with some K-beauty goodies, so of course, I bought some stuff!

Firstly the Tony Moly Panda’s Dream Special Kit, and I know, the eye stick has been featured on my “Rant of the week” a while back, but I really wanted the gel cream!
And since they only had the set I bought it. Did I mention that it was overpriced? Let’s just leave it at that.
I’ve only tested it twice, because I of course ran out of my beloved Etude House Water Jelly Cream right before we headed home again. And I really like it, I did think that it would resemble the sleeping pack that I love, and I was not wrong! So I’ll post a first impression of it later, promises.
The eye stick on the other hand has to find itself another home, any takers?

I also bought the Panda’s Dream Smudge Out Mascara, it was just standing there next to the registrer, calling my name!
And I love it, but holy balls, it’s one smudgy mess to wash off. We’re talking triple rounds with the current oil cleanser I’m using. Not sure if I should switch to a different oil cleanser or maybe just stop triple layering my mascara. We all know I’m not going to do either, because nothing beats that badass panda eyes look in the evening.

And last but not least, sheet masks!
I’ve heard many great things about Dr.Jart and figured it was about time I got on the hype train, the one I don’t trust but am to curious not to get on sometimes.

I haven’t tried any of them yet, but stuck to the trusted snail hydrogel mask from tony moly, this is one gem I stumbled upon the last time I was abroad and visited Sephora, that goddamn store, draining my wallet one visit at a time.

So yeah, that’s a little update from me, I also received the July Mishibox this week, so I’ll blog about that as well, because the content was awesome!

Have you tried any of these products?
Let me know!

I need this in my life! Or so I think.

Hello darlings!

Long time no see, right?
Well, I’ve spent a little time just doing me, because we all need that sometimes, so I haven’t really been up for the task of blogging, but now I’m back, and I’mma tell you, ladies and gentlemeows, I crave new goodies! And, I’ve now managed to break my no buy, big whoop, right? And here are the products I’m now expecting in the mail!

9Wishes Rice Powder Polish
s-l400
This fried rice of a scrub needs to get on my face right this second!
Not really sure if this actually breaks my no buy considering that I only have one, maybe two applications left of the skinfood sugar mask before it goes bye bye.
Seeing as the sugar mask really doesn’t rock my socks off, I’m ready to try something new, and this one just happened to want to be mine, and maybe we’ll even get along well!

Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner

s-l400 (1)
Essence and toner all in one pretty blue bottle, say what?
This one I instantly fell in love with after reading the ingredient list on it, omg yaaaz.
So far I’m in the middle of testing another toner that I’ve forgotten to mention, but I still crave more, mooooooooore. So this just had to be clicked home.
Hopefully this will be my next HG, but being realistic I’m just going to think that we’ll get along just fine.
Look how pretty, look at it!

Mizon Snail Repair Intensive Ampoule
s-l1600

Not really a new product to the mix, but I just had to have another one, I’m still not sure if it does anything for my skin, but I like the feel of it, and I truly believe deep within my unicorn shaped heart that this actually works wonders for me, even if I don’t see it after a short period of using it.

Innisfree Green Tea Fresh Essence

s-l400 (2)
Ah gurl, yes, I went ahead and ordered something containing green tea!
When I first got into asian skincare I tried the green tea serum, at first it wasn’t for me, but when I realized that I was going to run out my heart bled a little. Maybe it didn’t do much for my skin, other than smell nice and hydrate, but we’ve become friends, me and this green tea. I was starting to miss it in my routine, and now, when I’m running pretty low on essence I thought I’d might as well give this one a spin, it has a nice ingredient list, smells like green tea, and maybe, just maybe, this will be the product that should’ve been in my routine ages ago. But we all know that when I want to love a product, it backfires, so with my luck I’ll end up with breakouts and sadness. Only time will tell!
I love how I always make it seem like I have tragic love affairs with skincare products, but in reality my skin is just a playaaaah. Burning through bitches, one by one.
So yeah, these are the products currently on their way, purchased to make my skin happier, and my eyes pleased with the glorious sight of something new!
Next up I’ll give you a first impression on this lotus smelling piece of heaven that I just loooooove so far!

Have you tried any of these products?
Let me know!

Last night’s mini haul…

Hello everyone!

Last night I went online to do some shopping, so I thought I’d make a post where I share with you the products that made it into my basket and over the finish line! This is like the title of this post suggests; a mini haul, so I only bought three products this time, but if you read this post you’ll know that I’m already waiting for a few other products aswell 🙂

So let’s get to it   ↓

btosowoong
The Tosowoong ACNE Cleansing Foam

If you’ve followed us for a while, you probably know that this one isn’t a newbie, but an oldie. That’s right. I have indeed purchased this cleanser before and it’s the one I’m currently using and loving. However, I’m running low on this beloved product, and although I’m waiting for a cleanser from Sulwhasoo, I just had to repurchase this baby from Tosowoong in case I don’t love the Sulwhasoo. It’s good to have a “safe” and already tried product on hand, should you be so unlucky that the newbie turns your face into an angry badger’s ass!

The Petitfèe GOLD Hydrogel Eye Patches
These guys right here I soooort of bought on a whim but not quite. Mocka bought one of the other variants (the Petitfèe Black Pearl And Gold Hydrogel Eye Patches) a few weeks ago, and since then I haven’t really given them much thought. Until yesterday when I got a visit from a friend who also happens to own the Black Pearl and Gold Eye Patches. She was kind enough to let me try a pair, and oh my god. I’m not sure how much of a visible change they made for my under eyes, but wow they felt amazing throughout the 30 minutes you’re supposed to have them on and I didn’t want to take them off! So I immediatly decided to purchase a box for myself, but instead of getting the Black Pearl And Gold, I decided to try one of the other types in the series. Fingers crossed they feel equally as amazing as the Black Pearl!

The J.ONE HANA CREAM
Need I say anything at all? I mean, have you SEEN this?! It’s a jar of cream in the shape of BALLS! The proper name for them would probably be “capsules” as it says on the jar, BUT HELLO BALLS. I’ve heard great things about these little balls and I totally have my hopes up for this sh*t. I don’t think I’ve ever said that I want to sniff little balls, touch them, crush them and smear them all over my face, but I’m saying it now! I want these little balls all over my face NOW. I mean… it’s probably a very good product. Heh.

And remember; I always recommend taking a closer look at any new product before purchasing it, just in case you’re allergic or sensitve to one or more of the ingredients. Personally I always check before buying a new product, because I know my skin is of the extra vulnerable type as I do have dehydrated combination skin with acne prone areas. You can find the ingredients, what they are and what they do at CosDna.

So that’s it for my latest mini haul! What do you think? And please let me know if you’ve tried any of these products, and in that case; how it went   🙂
